Adventure holidays South Tyrol
Great fun for young & old
Fancy a bit of adventure? Why not try whitewater rafting with your group, accompanied by an experienced rafting guide, for example at Rafting Sterzing? Rafting is a unique experience: you’ll gain entirely new perspectives on nature and the narrow gorges, which you can only deeply appreciate from the water or on your raft.
Another highlight for water sports enthusiasts is the Eisack Whitewater – ideal for beginners and pros. Canyoning in South Tyrol offers pure fun and adventure: professionally trained guides will lead you safely through narrow gorges and show you the region’s most beautiful waterfalls. Experience jumps, plunges, and slides, pushing your personal limits!
Or how about a special hike right in the surrounding area? Discover the Apple Trail in Natz-Schabs, which leads through the idyllic apple-tree plateau and offers magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. Picturesque spots and the natural beauty of the trail invite you to linger and enjoy the scenery. A particular highlight is the Ölberg with its public barbecue area – ideal for a cozy campfire under the moonlight and convivial hours amidst nature.

Paragliding is another unforgettable experience you can enjoy in the Natz/Schabs region. During a tandem flight, you may admire the breathtaking panorama from a bird’s-eye view – a feeling of freedom that lingers long afterward.

Well-marked hiking trails await you – from leisurely forest walks to challenging summit tours. The Woody Walk on Mount Plose is especially popular with families: a child-friendly adventure trail with water features, climbing stations, and magnificent views.
