Our region is a paradise for skiers and snowboarders. The ski area Gitschberg/Jochtal features well-organized, perfectly groomed slopes, and ideal conditions for beginners, school trips, and groups. Modern facilities and a diverse range of options ensure carefree days on the slopes for all levels.
The ski areas Val Gardena, Alta Badia, and Kronplatz, with their varied slopes and connections to the Dolomiti Superski carousel, are also perfect destinations for those who love variety. Experience the legendary Sella Ronda or test your skills on more challenging runs.

Those looking for a more tranquil, yet no less exciting, winter experience will enjoy the many toboggan runs in the area. Highly recommended are the natural toboggan run on the Fane Alm or the 10 km long RudiRun on Mount Plose. Guided snowshoe hikes or leisurely winter walks through the snow-covered landscapes around the Rodenecker Alm offer unique experiences for all ages.

Natz/South Tyrol has plenty to offer even away from the ski slopes: In case of bad weather, the climbing hall Vertikale in Brixen provides indoor action on 2,000 m². The indoor swimming pool Acquarena offers great fun for the entire family – with water slides, a sports pool, a children’s area, and a large sauna complex.
Those who prefer a more leisurely pace may enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride through the snow-covered winter landscape and end the evening with a hot drink in good company.
