Cancellation Policy

Payment for the stay at the hostel is due no later than upon arrival, unless an invoice has been issued in advance. Payment may be made in cash, within the statutory limit, or by credit card, except American Express.

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions pursuant to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:

The reservation may be cancelled without incurring a cancellation fee no later than 30 days before the date of arrival. In the event of cancellation by the guest between the 30th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival date itself, the following cancellation fees shall apply:

• Cancellation no later than 29 days before the date of arrival: 20% of the agreed total price.
• Cancellation less than 14 days before the date of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price.

In the event of a no-show or the guest’s early departure, the full amount for the entire booked period shall be payable.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to take your holiday.

We charge €15.00 per day for your four-legged family member (food not included). Please bring a basket or blanket for your pet.
